After earning Master of Arts and Master of Education in Counseling Psychology at Teachers College-Columbia University, I worked for 19 years as a psychiatric rehabilitation counselor and treatment coordinator/social worker at hospitals in White Plains, NY and Berkeley, CA. I specialize in ADHD, trauma, gifted/twice exceptional, chronic disorganization and grief issues. Since 2009, I have been a member of National Association of Professional Organizers and an active member of the San Francisco Hoarding Task Force then the Chicagoland Hoarding Task Force. I co-founded a non-profit to raise funds and advocate for gifted students. I grew up on a research farm in Minnesota.

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, (MFT 28637) with interests in collective behaviors, anxiety, and OCD in adolescents and adults. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral techniques to break down, simplify and improve the collecting process. I value the relationships with my clients and bring flexibility and a sense of humor to my work. I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Southern California and attended graduate school at Pepperdine University where I earned a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology.
